Terms of Service for NetGuard AI

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using NetGuard AI (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
NetGuard AI provides local network scanning utilities, automated background monitoring capabilities, and local DNS loopback encryption using Android’s native VpnService APIs. The App is designed strictly for personal networking security and local privacy optimization.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSE
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on compatible Android hardware nodes solely for your personal use. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any compiled source parameters of the App.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS & COMMERCIAL CONVERSIONS
Certain features, such as 24/7 background guard automation and advanced threat profiling metrics, require an active Premium subscription tier. 
- Subscriptions are processed directly via Google Play Billing Framework.
- Cancellation and refund request handshakes must be initiated directly within your Google Play Store Account parameters.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
NETGUARD AI IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASELINE CONFIGURATION WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. 
While our rule-based analytical engine is designed to parse active streaming endpoints, we DO NOT guarantee 100% detection efficiency of hidden physical surveillance hardware. We are not liable for any personal privacy breaches, data infrastructure overloads, hardware degradation, or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

6. TERMINATION & MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the complete right to update, modify, or terminate the App interface layouts or subscription model parameters at any given time without prior notice.

7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the standard commercial framework principles.
